Just seen these on pBase and by my reckoning work best when displayed with their brothers and sisters in a series. It was interesting for me observing the rituals and level of spirituality in such groups, and considering the contrasts to what I have come to learn about other Asian countries and their cultures. I witnessed similar scenes on the Ganges and seeing people’s relate to the river in the way they do, I can honestly say I have never seen anywhere else.
Really cool. This series is a wonder… something so holy about these people in the water. While no one particular picture has stood out from the rest, as a series it continues to go from strength to strength (a greater than the sum of its parts). A true photojournalistic project as the story unfolds
LOve the POV on #1 and #2 is like an open window to another place. Excellent.

Thanks David, The series has some way to go yet, just need to get round to uploading them all (all already scanned). I loved the place. K
