By lawrence • May 17th, 2008 • Category: Daily ShotsCanon released a new firmware version for the 1D Mark III which I recently upgraded to and am now testing. So this morning I hooked up up with some wakeboarding friends who I met the last time I was down there and they were kind enough to model for me. Conclusion not done on whether Canon have perfected the only minor flaw in the already supreme armour that is the 1D Mark III Auto Focus - but so far looking very promising. I didn’t shoot long today (was just too damn hot) – just enough to get the samples I needed. I got one shot that stood out for me though - attached below.
